What you will find here is mostly related to ham radio, but some of the pages are a bit more personal as well.

Now this is a rather long and boring page, but you should read it! (Legal stuff at the bottom…)

First of all, the ham radio part is posted in the blog, so please use the categories for finding the information. There is an “about” category which of course is about the hamradio, as well as a QSL-info category as examples.

Don’t be confused about the menu and the categories.

  • All radiorelated stuff in stuffed in the blog (use the categories)
  • The menu holds a few static pages with general info.

bull.png And, no… this site is not:

  • optimized for a bad browser from a monopolistic company that are after world domination through unfair marketing.
  • rated in any kind of US-based rating system for the same reasons. (Just exchange the company to the nation…)
  • commercially constructed. It’s a hobby project so there will be less errors than on the big sites:P
  • available in other colours (yes it is spelled like that in British English) as I happen to like pink.
  • available in Swedish, as I really don’t care about that. Globally available material should be in a language globally spread, and as I don’t know Chinese, the pages are in English instead. And I guess that makes quite a lot satisfied, doesn’t it?

Some other facts that you would like to know:

  • The site got revamped, reconstructed and redesigned during June 2008 after having been unmaintained for a year or so.
  • All expressions here is mine, and if you don’t like them - don’t bug me about it, go elsewhere instead!
  • The pages are standard compliant, and should validate at W3C’s validators unless I have messed something up rather badly.That would be fixed as soon as I discovered it though…
  • Donations are always welcome;) Don’t we all love to get something other than bills sometimes?
  • I do have other interests as well, but they don’t necessarily have to be published here, do they?
  • All pages that I maintain for others, or that isn’t directly personal, are hosted on my other domain macmathan.net.
  • The pages here are optimised for geckobased browsers like Firefox, Iceweasel, Icecat, Camino, Flock, SeaMonkey, Iceape, K-Meleon, and Netscape to name the most common ones. I might at rare times look at them in something else, if I really doesn’t have any other alternative.
  • Some illustrations are copyright Corel 1997, and used with permission. According to their usage guidelines the images may not be saved or downloaded by you and are only to be used for viewing purposes…

This site is protected by several copyright and marketing laws. You are however free to quote parts with proper credit given. Logotypes, images etc. are not to be reused without written permission! (Feel free to take a copy of the blog buttons though…) Copyright holder for almost everything (but not all) is David MacMathan.
